Settlement between Haj Mirza ʻAli Akbar, son of Mirza Khurasani, executor of the will of the late Mirza Abu Talib [illegible] from Lahijan, on behalf of his inheritors including his underaged children and two wives, and Mirza Sayyid ʻAli, son of Sayyid Muhammad Yusuf [illegible], exchanging one half of the late Mirza Abu Talib's land for one hundred tumans paid annually for five years.

Settlement over a mat weaving factory, 1923
Settlement between Mashhadi Ahmad Razzaz [rice dealer] (with the power of attorney given to him by his sister, Khanum ‘Azra), son of the late Haji Muhammad Kazim Razzaz from Shiraz, and his son, ‘Aziz Allah Hasir-baf [mat weaver], over a mat weaving factory (two-sixths of which belongs to Khanum ‘Azra) for three tumans a month for the duration of a year. On the margin, ‘Aziz Allah has settled some shares of the mentioned factory with another person.

Settlements related to Bibi Saltanat Khanum, her husband Shaykh ‘Abd al-Nabi, and her son, Shaykh Hasan Imami, 1897 to 1922
Two settlements and two records of transfer of properties: 1-On March 28, 1899, Agha Baygum, the daughter of Haji Mirza ‘Ali Akbar from Khurasan and the wife of Haji Mirza Yahya (the overseer of Khafrak and Marvdasht) sells some properties, including the farm near Marvdasht, to Aqa Shaykh ‘Abd al-Nabi for one hundred and thirty tumans. In August, 1897, [Shaykh ‘Abd al-Nabi] writes that he has performed this transaction on behalf of his wife, Bibi Saltanat Khanum.
